Shipping policy
1. When Will I Receive My Package?
Every order at Cascade Haven goes through a processing period before shipment.
The total delivery time consists of:

Your order has been confirmed and is undergoing:

Strict quality and functionality inspections

Secure packaging
Once completed, the order is handed over to the courier.
Shipping
Your order is in transit. Tracking information becomes available once the courier scans and updates the tracking number.
Because international shipping is involved, parcels may pass through customs or transit hubs, and tracking updates may not appear immediately.
Please allow:

Up to 10 days for expedited express shipping

Up to 20 days for ocean shipping
before tracking updates appear.
Note: Due to international shipping policies and recent tariff regulations, slight delays may occur. These are considered normal within reasonable limits.

Important Reminders
A. Processing time begins once payment is confirmed and the order is successfully verified. A confirmation email will be sent.
B. Order changes (color, size, product, address, etc.) can only be made before shipping begins. Such changes may extend processing time.
C. Processing may take longer during Chinese national holidays or your local public holidays. If delays occur, we will notify you in advance.
Additional Shipping Information
A. All customs duties are covered by Cascade Haven — no additional charges upon delivery.
B. Tracking numbers are sent via email 1–2 business days after dispatch.
C. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
D. Some products are eligible only for standard shipping, depending on destination and product type. If express shipping is unavailable at checkout, it may not be supported for your region or item.
E. Orders may be split into multiple shipments due to customs or packaging regulations. No additional shipping fees will be charged for split deliveries.
3. How to Calculate Your Estimated Delivery Date
Estimated Delivery Date = Processing Time + Shipping Time
This estimate is based on standard shipping conditions, including:

External factors such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier delays may affect delivery timelines.

Cascade Haven is not responsible for delays caused by:

Changes to contact or address information after order placement

Product modifications (color, size, etc.) after ordering

Missed first delivery attempts within the estimated delivery window

Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations
5. Optional Shipping Insurance Policy
To enhance protection during international transit, optional Shipping Insurance is available at checkout and is recommended for high-value or fragile items.

Free replacement for any damage incurred during transit

Upgraded protective packaging

Delivery recommendation: Please arrange to receive the package in person

If damage is reported after delivery without face-to-face receipt, we will offer either a free reshipment or a partial refund, depending on circumstances

If delivery is refused due to visible damage, no return shipping or handling fees will be charged

In case of transit damage:

Replacement of damaged or missing parts

Full reshipment if the package is severely damaged

If no replacement is requested and the item is not returned, a refund of up to 40% of the product price may be issued

Without Shipping Insurance

Conditional replacement may be offered for transit damage, with possible additional fees

Standard packaging will be used

If delivery is refused due to visible damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping, customs clearance, and handling fees

Maximum refund in such cases: 20% of the product price
